The squad travelled to Belo Horizonte to face Cruzeiro on Wednesday with great expectations to qualify for the Libertadores Cup's quarterfinals.
Defender Claudio Morel Rodríguez, who suffered from a sprain during the Superderby, is recovering fairly well and he harbors hope to be one of the eleven men on the field of the Mineirão stadium.
"I feel very much like playing, I'm 70% fit. Anyhow, we'll wait until the last minute" was the Paraguayan's comment.
The wingback is a funadamentally important player within Boca's defence, and this is what makes him to be so keen to be on the field in such a trascendental match. "I feel very much like playing, I'm 70% fit. We'll see the way the knee evolves. Right now I'm up for consideration. I still feel some pain and it's not as if one wanted to take risks with possibly serious onsequences. We'll wait until the last minute to see if I can play" the defender said to the La Red broadcasting station.
"I'm at the best moment of my career. I feel fine and very confident, and physically in good shape, in spite of the tear that had me sidelined. But confidence is what makes you able to stay at a good level" the wingback concluded.
