In the midst of the pre-season Carlos Ischia took time off to talk to the press and touched on several issues concerning Boca's present and future.
The Apertura is one of the several tournaments Boca will be competing in during the second half of the year, and it's the one Ischia was referring to: "We're targeting this tournament. I think it's Vélez that made the greatest effort and River is another candidate".
But Ischia is not univocally set on winning the tournament, his priority is to play good soccer. "I wouldn't care to be the champion without playing well" he said.
The professional team will continue its work in Washington with the aim to get into top physical shape in order to be able to face all competitions in the best possible way.
