This sport is practiced in the “S.U.M.” (the multiple use hall) which features optimum installations and materials for its development. A floating floor, bars, mirrors and steps with modules allow to vary the intensity of the classes, to incorporate elastic bands, and to perform exercises on a inclined plane.
This is an activity which targets women and girls from 14 years upward. Its practice is also adaptable to elder woman, as this sport helps them to lose weight, strengthen their muscles, counteract the effect of stress, to improve the working of the cardiovascular system and to increase the capacity of the respiratory system.
