The huge popularity achieved through all the wins at the international level in the last few years has made Boca a solid brand well-known worldwide.

Boca wants to conquer the markets in America, Asia, Africa and Oceania, take Boca and the passion for football to other places in the world and start a borderless cultural exchange.

Boca Juniors ended its successful international tour on August 5 at Old Trafford in Manchester winning the prestigious Vodafone Cup over Manchester United, PSV from Holland and Urawa from Japan.

The tour started July 17 in the USA with three games in Los Angeles, Denver and San Francisco. The results were a tie and a penalty-shootout loss against Chivas de Guadalajara, and a win over the Mexican squad América. Afterwards, in Nigata, Japan, Boca played against Albirex, and in England Boca beat Japanese team Urawa Red Diamonds and PSV Eindhoven from Holland.

It was an important tour for the players and the coaching staff. They got to know more about each other at a personal and professional level.

Coach Miguel Ángel Brindisi said “it was great. Everything went just fine. We were able to get ready for the championship, honor our commitments, and play very well.”

This tour has been considered by Boca's president as the most important ever for the club.
