LOCAL MEDIA
1. For accreditation purposes in order to access the games played at the Alberto J. Armando stadium, the media of the city of Buenos Aires and the Greater Buenos Aires area will have to fill out a form that can be picked up at the Press Department Monday to Friday from 1.30 to 8 pm.
Furthermore, the information specified below should be attached, according to the type of medium.
RADIO OR TV PROGRAMS
Only the legal media will be accredited, all exceptions barred. As an attest, the presentation of a photostat of the form which certifies that the broadcasting station has been granted a license by the COMFER, or in certain cases the Temporary Interim Permit (PPP), will be necessary.
Additionally, a form signed by the director of the broadcasting station will have to be presented, stating that the program is in effect broadcast by that station. A cassette or video - according to the case in point - with the recording of the last broadcast of the program will also have to be presented.
NEWSPAPERS, PERIODICALS AND MAGAZINES
The three last issues published will have to be brought along.
MEDIA FROM THE REST OF THE COUNTRY AND FROM ABROAD (FOREIGN MEDIA)
Those media which on account of geographical distance cannot pick up the aforementioned blank form should proceed directly as mentioned in section 2.
The graphic media should present a copy of the last three issues published and at least three articles signed by the newsmen to be accredited.
Foreign radio stations that wish to have a telephone line at their disposal should apply for it at the telephone company in their country.
INTERNET AND OTHER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION MEDIA
Due to the restricted availability at the Press Department, no accreditation of any electronic medium will be accepted.
FREE-LANCE JOURNALISTS
free-lance journalists will not be accredited.
In order to be accredited, each journalist will need a credential
issued by his medium which will accredit him as its representative.
2.Once the aforementioned
requirements have been complied with and after the presentation
of all the documents specified, to request accreditations
a fax will have to be sent for each match with a sufficient
lead time (according to the time length specified by the Press
Department - see "Days and Scheduled Times" below) - , all
exceptions barred. This note (fax) will display the letterhead
of the medium, the number of credentials asked for, the given
name and surname of each of the persons to be accredited,
and will have to be signed by the person in charge. His/her
telephone number will be added so that Club officials may
communicate with him/her should this be deemed necessary.
It is recommended that the medium get in touch with the Club
